Delivery and Returns

At TRV CBD we pride ourselves on quick and efficient delivery. If orders are placed before 3 pm they will be sent out the same day. Once dispatched, customers will receive a confirmation email along with their tracking number.

To ensure we can guarantee delivery of your products we use APC as our primary courier rather than Royal Mail. This means that all goods are insured and will require a signature and APC will provide a 2-hour window delivery slot for delivery.

To track an order please, please contact APC using the contact details on your order confirmation email which will also contain your tracking number.

Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct. If you receive a card to say that APC or Royal Mail attempted delivery please contact them immediately using the details on the calling card.​

Next Day Delivery: £3

Order before 3pm and items will be posted the same day.

Note: Standard Delivery is Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery is only available in England and Wales and in Belfast postcode areas BT1-BT9

Special Delivery: £8

Guaranteed next working day by 1pm – you must order and complete payment by 3pm.

 

Saturday Delivery: £13

Delivered by 1pm . You must order and complete payment by 3pm on the preceding Friday.​

We are currently unable to offer delivery to the US. Please email info@trvcbd.co.uk for information on EU delivery.​

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If an order is lost in the post, TRV CBD will issue a replacement once the item has been officially deemed lost by the designated courier.

Replacements will then be sent out the next day and TRV CBD will take up tracking lost items with the courier.

If an order is damaged, please send a picture to info@trvcbd.co.uk along with your contact details and order number and we shall issue a replacement immediately

If an order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information then we cannot be held accountable and we may have to charge a redelivery fee. To ensure this does not happen, please make sure you have given us the correct postal information and collect your items in a timely manner.

Once an order has been dispatched customers are provided with proof of postage and a tracking number. If you do not receive your order within the stated times please contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, resend your order. As all deliveries are made via third parties they are subject to the courier’s terms and conditions.​
